Wil Wheaton vs. Paul and Storm – The 2013 Tour

wil_vs_ps_2013posterWe love hanging out with Wil Wheaton. We love performing with him, too. So over the past couple months, we’ve slowly, methodically tricked him into doing a series of shows with us in October. And he FELL FOR IT! WHATTA DOPE!

So folks in the US Northeast and in Texas will now have the chance to see the three of us on stage, singing and reading and performing what will surely be EPIC-LENGTH versions of “The Captain’s Wife’s Lament” at the following live shows:

Thu 10/3:  The Birchmere – Alexandria, VA – tix: http://bit.ly/WilPSAlex
Fri 10/4:  World Cafe Live – Philadelphia, PA – tix: http://bit.ly/WilPSPhilly
Sat 10/5:  SubCulture New York – New York, NY – tix: http://bit.ly/WilPSNYC
Sun 10/6:  Hard Rock Cafe – Boston, MA – tix: http://bit.ly/WilPSBoston

Thu 10/17:  Central Presbyterian Church – Austin, TX – tix: http://bit.ly/WilPSAustin
Fri 10/18:  Fitzgerald’s – Houston, TX – tix: http://bit.ly/WilPSHouston
Sun 10/20:  Granada Theater – Dallas, TX – tix: http://bit.ly/WilPSDallas

Tickets for many of these shows are already going fast. So don’t wait if you wanna get in on the fun.

    Twin cities please!

Varsity, First Avenue (if Wil has not been to the “Purple Rain” club especially), or the Myth please. The Guthrie sounds good but no carousing with friends (assigned auditorium seats) and no full bar. All 3 clubs mentioned (all with different capacities) are more dynamic and fun.

    Thanks!

Curse you all…I move to Boston for a year and a half and hope to catch Wil at PAX East or some kind of w00tstock event or some con or SOMETHING and no go. I leave the Northeast and he makes an appearance within months!:-P

Will second the sentiment about getting the Wheaton down to Florida…you guys liked Disney while you were here, right? Tell him he can meet Mickey Mouse!;-)

I saw you guys at PAX East in Boston this past March and can’t wait to see you again in Philly! Thanks for bringing Wil out, too. Maybe I can apologize for that tweet I sent during the concert…

Wish Wil were coming to Denver, where he got a tremendous reception at Denver Comic Con (endless line for his autograph!). Think you could entice him to join you?

Know what your tour needs? More shows in TX. Or, maybe just one in Indy.

We saw them tonight at the Birchmere in Alexandria, Virginia. What a blast! Our table was actually very close to the green room so When Paul & Storm were on stage for the first part, he hung out near us and laughed along with us, which was nice to see, that he enjoyed them as much as we did.

Wil… *Wil*… If you’d just had the since to switch around your Austin and Dallas gigs, you could have picked up your copy of Ogre DE from Steve Jackson Games’ launch party!
