“Tron” Rifftrax

tron_300x250As we have mentioned on our podcast, we recently had the pleasure of recording a Rifftrax for the movie TRON along with Jonathan Coulton. Well, the track is now available, and everyone should go and get it. RIGHT. NOW.

(“What is Rifftrax?” you ask? Well, it’s where some folks—us in this case, but usually “Mystery Science Theater 3000” alums Mike Nelson, Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett—record snarky comments about a movie as an alternate audio track, which you then sync up while watching the movie; and hilarity ensues)

Waiting for Dave to be here with us to watch it next week, but we all love Rifftrax, and are very excited for this one!

We actually rewatched Tron a few months ago… this means we will now have watched Tron MORE THAN ONCE in the span of a year. I’m pretty sure that might be illegal.

Would you believe, Paul, that just after watching Tron with the Rifftrax, and hearing your quip when Ram fell, “Ow, I fell on my keys,” that I watched the original Producers, and discovered where that line had come from? Too crazy, this world of ours.
