The Associated Press reports that, this past Thursday, federal officials raided a company in Oakland, CA called "Tainted, Inc". The company had been making snack foods laced with marijuana, including candy bars, cookies, marshmallow pies, ice cream, peanut butter, jelly, energy drinks and "Rice Krispy treats." The snacks were apparently intended for medical users of the drug.
While some would say this was a terrible business plan from the start, we think the problem was merely bad marketing. I mean, who wants to buy food from a company called "Tainted Inc"? If they had asked us, we would have approached the problem in a more appealing manner, by renaming the company, and writing the following jingle:
