As for Supernatural, I too felt that Supernatural was jumping the shark last season, but I think they’ve really brought back the awesome, fun feel of the show from seasons 2 and 3. Show’s still really, really good.

For what it’s worth, I understand that the creator of the show wants to end the series after this season. I admit it would be a bit much to keep the show going after confronting Lucifer, but I think it makes for a fine climax.

Seen you last night at the Classic Grand in Glasgow. I hasn’t heard of you guys before but I was pleasantly surprised. That pirate interaction stuff with the audience made my cheeks hurt.

Most of my wishes aren’t so much things I really wish for as they are things I could do if I dedicated more time and effort to them. (Play various instruments, write songs, etc…) There are also a couple that are of the starfucker variety, but I’m too embarrassed to share. ::blush::

My wishes:

-I wish someone would pay for me to travel, so I could sample wines, eat the local cuisine, and experience zip line courses around the world.
-Related to that, I’d love to be a contestant on The Amazing Race with my husband.
-I wish education was more of a priority (budget-wise) so I wouldn’t have to worry about being laid off every year; then I could focus my energy on being the kind of teacher who inspires her students and actually makes a difference.
-I wish I could play piano.
-I wish I could be more articulate and charming, especially in situations where I feel incredibly shy.

Bonus wish: I wish Paul and Storm would come back to Michigan more often.

Having listened to the entirety of the w00tstock LA audio (and watched parts of all three on the YouTubes), I’m quite pleased that another round is coming. Got my fingers crossed that you’ll be headed in my direction. I’ll have to get my laugh muscles into training.

* I wish I could get paid for all the time I’ve spent (and will undoubtedly continue to spend) creating reference materials for the geeky things I love.
* I wish I was confident enough to tell people how I’m feeling more often, good or bad.
* I want a house big enough to hold all my books, present and future, preferably in floor-to-ceiling, built-in, adjustable wooden shelves. There should also be a cat in said house. Maybe a den with a fireplace.
* I wish I had better culinary knife skills. (And a set of really nice knives.) I love to cook and I just want to be able to do it a little faster.
* I want to find a hobby I enjoy enough to stick with it long enough to get really good at it. Not just passably okay, but good enough that I can be truly proud of my own accomplishments.

I would like to see Len Peralta draw a Monster by Mail LIVE (projected up on a screen), while bantering back and forth with Nora. That drawing should be run to a Copy store and copies should be given to the audience as they exit as a souvenir.

Five geeky wishes:
1. I’d like to sing a duet with Molly Lewis, Felicia Day and/or Sara Parsons.
2. I’d like to meet Shonen Knife and Lady Aberlin. Together or separately.
3. I’d like a nice computer and learn how to record with it.
4. I want to play something other than “Oh Susanna” on the harmonica.
5. I want to own a nice Ukulele and Melodica and record them both in a song.

1) To find people from my tribe that don’t live hundreds or thousands of miles away. (Geek Tribe)
2) To find three other people and start a real a-capella group
3) I wanna live On Property at Walt Disney World for a year, then…
4) I wanna be a Castmember in a production at Disney. (Blame Cory Doctorow for the last two
5) I wanna be “Computer Geek to the Stars.” (What can I say, I REALLY like working with computers.)

If/when w00tstock comes back to SF, please have Kid Beyond as part of the line up again. His performance was completely mind blowing, and I can’t get enough of muppets and hip hop.

I wish I had more space to sew.
