Please note that *Hodgman's* Coulton came from Southern CT. He is one of a few, and once was one of many.

@Jack - Hodgman said that Coulton was a feral mountain man in the mountains of Southern Connecticut. Since Hodgman wrote a book, there is no way he can be a liar. Thus, I will accept Hodgman's explination, while not totally ruling out Paul and Storms, but I do think writing a book definitely helps credibility.

I second the thanks for the hi-res goodness of the bison pic. Fantastic jorb, boys, I love it. I wish I could have a project description of "Hey, Ann, could you work on these pictures of a herd of Coulton in the wild when you get a chance?" Maybe I'll have to start putting P&S references in all my jobs that go to print to entertain myself. So very tempting...
@Jack: if you saw it on the internet, it must be true, thus these pictures may and should be referenced in scholarly discussions.

Roman seems to be implying that these photos are Photoshopped! That's an outrage! Historical documentarians like Paul and Storm would never do such a thing. The photos look genuine to me. So I will accept them as such.

I don't know if the images were transparent (ie. no background) at the start, but if not, that was some great cropping. Mostly. The Bigfoot one looks a bit blurry, maybe because it was also rotated, or maybe because I am being unnecessarily critical. Either way, this hi-resness is awesome. I keep finding myself going through the one with the map to see if the Coulton heads are spelling something out, but so far I see nothing.
